Strong bones. Confident movement. Real-life strength—done safely.
This 3-week progressive program is designed for women 50+, including those navigating peri-menopause/menopause, osteopenia, osteoporosis, or osteoarthritis (OA). Using Pilates and functional strength principles, you’ll learn how to build strength that is smart, supportive, and sustainable—not aggressive or intimidating.
This isn’t about lifting heavier. It’s about learning how to load the body well so you can move, live, and age with confidence.
