CANSPORTS is a proud Education Partner of Body Harmonics, a highly reputable Pilates & Movement Education provider with a global outreach stretching from Alberta, Ontario, Quebec and New Brunswick in Canada to the United States, Europe and Southeast Asia.
Since 2005, Body Harmonics has been offering a comprehensive training for Pilates instructors along with an extensive continuing education curriculum for movement professionals and enthusiasts in Canada and at their international Education Partner Centres.
We provide an inclusive and accessible learning environment that focuses on skill development and knowledge acquisition to ensure long-term success and wellbeing for our certified instructors and their clients.
Evidence-based research and clinical best practices underpin the Body Harmonics Pilates & Movement Education curriculum. The programs and courses were designed by experts in adult education, exercise science, neuroscience and the Pilates Method. They comprise lectures, experiential labs, somatic learning, observation, practice teaching, analysis, and reflection—all imbued with a whole-person focus on helping clients feel, do and be their best.

Summary: Cadillac Chair Spring Barrels (CCSB) is the last and most advanced level of our Pilates Comprehensive Track. The training provides you with the skills necessary to teach expert one-on-one sessions and group classes. Equipped with understanding of advanced movement concepts, you learn how to determine the best course of action based on your clients’ needs—from rehab to athletic fine-tuning, using the Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Springboard and Barrels.

Advance Your Skills with Body Harmonics Continuing Education
These courses blend science, theory, and practice—drawing from applied kinesiology, neuroscience, strength training principles, and clinical protocols for movement impairments and pain syndromes. You’ll also explore program design, exercise sequencing, and class planning to deliver more effective, functional outcomes for your clients.
