Theresa impressed me and my BF how she’s professional and has knowledge of body movements! Her homework exercise significantly released from the pain we had been suffering very long that is life changed! There's no words to describe how we appreciate her and how lucky we are meeting her!!

I initially seeked the help of Theresa when I had long standing nagging hip pain, I had attempted many things on my own to try to fix the issue but was unable to obtain relief. After carefully watching me walk Theresa was able to identify some of the issues with my gait. She worked with bands and exercises and within 2 sessions this pain was now gone. As anyone who has an understanding of the body will attest, that when you correct one area of pain or weakness, unless you get to the root cause, you have not really corrected the issue. Fast forward a couple of weeks and my knee on the opposite side decided to give me grief. The issue now is that I am soon to embark on a long distance (280km) walking holiday in 3 weeks. I went to Theresa for the next 3 weeks trying to get me in the best shape possible. Theresa worked extremely hard on my fundamental structure which was the culprit. We worked on exercises, she taped me doing the exercise with commentating. It was now up to me as I wasn’t cancelling my trip and knowing that doing this distance day after day was maybe not my smartest decision. Theresa gave me strategies on what might help me, I was equipped with the videos, had supportive clothing, and a coach I knew I could ask for help. In fact on my journey I did reach out to Theresa for some help and she certainly didn’t disappoint, she created a tape of her doing what I needed to do and sent it across the oceans to me. Today, I have learned new exercises that I do daily, I have been able to do downhill skiing and am able to walk almost pain free every day with my dog. I am so thankful to her for all of the individualized treatment that I received, I know I will continue to strengthen my knee and continue doing the things I love. Thanks Theresa
