Shoulder injuries are among the most common issues affecting golfers—especially women navigating the physical changes of pre-menopause and menopause. In this 2-hour workshop, we take a preventive and proactive approach to shoulder health, combining biomechanics, movement science, and targeted training. You’ll learn how the shoulder complex functions in the golf swing, what makes it vulnerable, and how to improve mobility, stability, and strength through practical drills and exercises. This session is ideal for women looking to protect their shoulders, improve upper-body mechanics, and play with more power, ease, and confidence—on and off the course.
