This workshop is designed to help golfers tap into one of the most overlooked sources of power and control—the pelvic floor. Learn how your pelvic floor, fascia, and deep core work together to create stability, strength, and postural integrity that directly impact your stance, rotation, and swing efficiency. Through focused breathwork, functional movement, and expert guidance, you’ll build a stronger foundation for injury prevention and improved performance. Whether you’re returning to sport, managing life changes like menopause, or simply looking to move better and feel stronger, this session will help you reconnect to your core—inside and out.  This will be followed with a relaxed  “glass- and -chat” offering time to reflect, ask questions, and build community.
