Strengthen Your Golf Game from the Feet Up
Your feet are the foundation of every swing. In this targeted workshop, golfers will explore the essential role foot function plays in stability, balance, and power generation. Using fascial-based principles and Pilates movement strategies, you’ll learn how to activate the feet, improve proprioception, and create stronger connections through the kinetic chain—from the ground to your grip. This session will help improve weight transfer, stance control, and rotational movement, while reducing strain on the knees, hips, and back. Ideal golfers looking to gain an edge through smarter movement and a more grounded, connected game. This will be followed a relaxed “glass-and-chat” offering time to reflect, ask questions, and build community.
