Strength, Stability & Swing Precision @ Eagle Quest

This 4-week Pilates program is designed exclusively for Eagle Quest Golf members and is ideal for recreational to intermediate golfers looking to improve their swing from the ground up. Through targeted Pilates-based training, participants will strengthen the vital connection between the feet, core, and pelvis—enhancing posture, rotation, balance, and weight transfer. Simple yet effective exercises will improve movement quality, reduce injury risk, and build body awareness for greater consistency and control on the course.

We can only accommodate 20 participates in each session.

Sessions: 6 -7 PM
