This 3-week progressive program helps golfers move better, swing stronger, and reduce injury. Using Pilates-based movement, biomechanics, and fascial principles, this program builds your swing from the ground up—addressing the most common injury points in golf: feet, shoulders, and back.
Whether you’re returning to golf, managing aches and stiffness, or simply want a stronger, more connected swing, this course gives you the tools to play better and longer.

Week 2 | Shoulders & Rotation
Protect the shoulders, improve mobility and strength, and support pain-free power.
