We are certified in pre/postnatal fitness and pilates.  Pre/postnatal programs are customised to your needs based on your general fitness and lifestyle history. 

Prenatal Training programs during pregnancy are designed to reduce backaches, constipation, bloating, and swelling. It helps boost your mood and energy levels, as well as helps you sleep better. 

Postnatal Programs (subject to your doctor’s approval to start exercise) are designed to restore muscle strength, firm and tone your body, and awaken your abdominal muscles. Whether it’s weight loss or getting you back to your pre-baby activities, our programs are customized to your specific needs and goals.
